We use a combination of SEO and SEM to make our properties visible on search engines. Basically, we have our marketing team target certain areas and keywords to get more traffic to our website. Once on our site, booking a rental is a simple 3-step process. We also have multiple websites of our own so we can rank for different terms. 4. Real People, All Day.

Our team of booking agents work from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily answering questions, making reservations and responding to online inquiries. Did you know an online inquiry is 391% more likely to book if they are contacted within 1 minute. This isn’t a one man show, we have a team of 6 handling guest reservations and a full time concierge.

Housekeeping staff are seasoned full time employees, many with us for over 5 years now. It is doubtful there is a harder working team anywhere and they take immense pride in perfectly clean properties. And since they are familiar with the properties they keep maintenance informed of any issues.


5. Rental Properties are Secure

In order to prevent break-ins or other unwanted people in our units, a secure code is given to each guest. This code only works for the number of days that they are staying. Likewise, any outside vendors that aren’t direct employees are given a code that works only for the time that they are supposed to be in a unit. Housekeepers and other staff members each have their own code, which can be changed or made obsolete if necessary.

Our guests are catered to in every way. We provide top-of-the-line linens, soaps, shampoo and conditioner, and services. We offer grocery and liquor delivery, in-room massages, private chefs, discount ski passes, and package delivery.
