Booking Policy:

2 night minimum, $50 additional charge for 1 night reservations
$30 Booking Fee for all reservations

50% deposit required at time of booking
Balance due 30 days prior to arrival

Cancellation Policy:

For cancellation made outside of 30 days - 1 night penalty

For cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival - non-refundable.
If you have to cancel due to flight cancellations or family emergencies, your deposit may be kept on file for up to a year to reuse towards another stay in the same unit; may only be re-scheduled once.
