Located on the shores of Pineview Reservoir in the beautiful Ogden Valley, nestled between Snowbasin and Powder Mountain, Lakeside offers 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom luxury condominiums including lakefront units.  Our units have private hot tubs, luxury master suites, fully equipped kitchens and much more.  The Ogden Valley is truly a year-round recreation destination; whether you prefer hiking, biking, boating, fishing, golfing or just relaxing, you will find it at Lakeside.  On site amenities include a tennis court, outdoor pool, kiddie pool and community hot tub, there is also a trail down to the lake.

Enjoy the local 4th of July and 24th of July holiday celebrations in our community including fireworks which can be viewed from the deck of your condo or the large grass area above the lake. Snowbasin has plenty of summer activities for the entire family including mountain biking, disc golf, summer concerts, childrens mountain adventures and more.  One of our favorite things is the gondola ride to Needles Lodge for breakfast and breathtaking views.   You can also experience Powder Mountain's "Powzilla" with a sunset dinner safari, a ride your entire family will enjoy.
